Hay Sandy Point Camp Site January 8th 2010

We were on our way home to SA and it was 40 degrees outside so we thought we should stay the night somewhere, we tried a little camp spot near Darlington Point but there was no water in the river so we kept moving onto Hay, there we found this beautiful Camp site called Sandy Point Camp Site, we were so hot so we all went down to the river and went for a swim, people were skiing, the sun was setting, there is toilets and an outside shower to wash yourself off, it was fantastic we had a great night and did not spend a cent!!

January 2010 The start of a new year

Well its January 2010 the start of a new year, we have sold our house, sold the car and brought the new caravan and we have just completed a 4 week holiday to give the caravan a good test run, we travelled to Bendigo to pick up the new van then we had to back to SA to Mount Gambier to register the van, then off we went to Tweed Heads, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Sydney, Batemans Bay and Canberra and now back home to pack up the house and organise all the storage, schooling for the kids and get set up for the big trip around Australia!!!!
